These elegant period dinners are exclusive affairs offered on the second Saturday of every month and held in the Lizzie Borden dining room, beginning at 5:30 pm and concluding at 7:30 pm. Enjoy a delicious victorian dinner in style. A staff member will dress in Victorian clothing and share stories on what it was like to live – as both a man and woman- in Fall River towards the end of America’s Gilded Age. You’ll also be educated on victorian dining customs and etiquette… not that you have to follow them! Surprisingly, those who followed a victorian diet were 90% less likely to suffer from diseases common in the modern era, such as diabetes, cancer, dementia, and heart disease.

Event capacity is set to ten per dinner, and events are available by request. Tickets start at $49 per person. Alcohol is an additional charge per drink.

Murder mystery nights are offered on the first Saturday of the month from 5:30 to 7:30pm. Embark on a journey with others to search for clues throughout the first floor and of the home! You will be accompanied by a Lizzie Borden gamemaster. Drinks and snacks are available for purchase during this adventure. Murder mystery night tickets are $30/person (food/drinks not included).

The third Sunday of every month features painting with Lizzie Borden from 2pm to 4pm. Join Lizzie Borden for a comedic painting session as she draws happy little clouds axes in painting macrabe works of art. This twisted event can be enjoyed by ten persons in the home (or outside, weather permitting), or by any number of persons online. Painting sessions are $30 in person, and $10 online

The Lizzie Borden House becomes an escape room from 4:30pm to 6:30pm on the third Saturday of the month. The basement, living room, kitchen, and dining room all transform into an escape room. Can you make it out fast enough to avoid getting Axed by the mysterious killer? Your wits and the cunning of your team members will determine if you can make it out in an hour.

The house can run two teams, each at one hour. One team will be placed in the basement and move to the kitchen. The other team will be posted in the living room and dining room. The team wins when they are able to exit the house. Each team may have up to six members. Tickets are $25/person, with a minimum of four people per group.
