Lizzie & Emma Suite
This suite can accommodate up to 4 guests.
This is a two-room suite on the second floor that includes Lizzie and Emma Borden’s rooms. While Lizzie & Emma resided in the house, these were the rooms they stayed in. Emma’s room has a full-size bed and Lizzie’s has a queen-size bed. This suite shares a bathroom with the John V. Morse room, the room where Abby Borden was murdered.
This suite can accommodate up to 4 guests. There is an additional charge for each guest after 2 guests. When only 2 guests rent the Lizzie & Emma Suite, the entire suite is theirs.
Andrew & Abby Suite
This suite can accommodate up to 4 guests.
This is a two-room suite on the second floor. This room was Andrew & Abby Borden’s bedroom and what was, back in the 1890’s, Abby Borden’s sewing room. The sewing room is now a bedroom in this suite.
The Andrew Borden room has a queen bed and the Abby Borden room has a full size bed. This is the only suite with its own private bathroom. This suite can accommodate up to 4 guests. There is an additional charge for each guest after 2 guests. When only 2 guests rent the Andrew & Abby Suite, the entire suite is theirs.
John V Morse Suite
This suite can accommodate up to 3 guests.
This is the room where Abby Borden was found murdered the morning of August 4th, 1892 on the second floor. It was the room that Lizzie & Emma Borden’s uncle had slept in the night before. Abby Borden was making up the bedroom after John Morse’s unexpected overnight stay when she was brutally murdered. The room has a full-size bed and shares a bathroom with the Lizzie & Emma Suite.
This room can accommodate up to 3 guests (with the 3rd on a fold-up roll-out bed). There is an additional charge for each guest after 2 guests.
Bridget Sullivan Room
This suite can accommodate up to 3 guests.
This is one of the third-floor rooms where the Borden’s maid, Bridget Sullivan, better known as “Maggie” resided in the Borden house. She and Lizzie Borden were the only 2 people in the house when Andrew and Abby were murdered. All third-floor rooms share a bathroom and have full-size beds.
This room can accommodate up to 3 guests (with the 3rd on a fold-up roll-out bed). There is an additional charge for each guest after 2 guests.
Andrew Jennings Room
This suite can accommodate up to 3 guests.
This is one of the third floor rooms named in dedication of Lizzie Borden’s defense lawyer. All third floor rooms share a bathroom and have full size beds.
This room can accommodate up to 3 guests (with the 3rd on a fold-up roll-out bed). There is an additional charge for each guest after 2 guests.
Hosea Knowlton Room
This suite can accommodate up to 3 guests.
This is one of the third floor rooms named in dedication of the District Attorney of Southern Massachusetts for Lizzie Borden’s trial. All third floor rooms share a bathroom and have full size beds.
This room can accommodate up to 3 guests (with the 3rd on a fold-up roll-out bed). There is an additional charge for each guest after 2 guests.
Rules
We love children at the Lizzie Borden Bed & Breakfast/Museum, only children 7 years of age and over are allowed for overnight stays. As a courtesy to other guests.
No alcohol is permitted on the property, we have already had two fatal head injuries in the home.
“Quiet Time” is to begin at 11 PM, this is to ensure that all the overnight guest have the opportunity to sleep, if they choose to do so. Please respect the other guests and yourself.
No candle burning or incense.
We love pets but cannot accomodate them.
Common areas include the entire first floor and the basement. If you would like to stay up late watching movies, doing research or engage in some ghost hunting, you are more than welcome to utilize these areas.
There is no smoking or vaporizing in the house, if we see you smoking, we are going to assume you are on fire & take the appropriate action.
